Media blogger to discuss corporate websites

There are some very exciting things happening behind the scenes here at Corporate Eye. We’re soon going to be expanding the range and scale of our services, and are recruiting people to help us with this.

At the moment we’re looking for a blogger with an interest in corporate media relations, who can write about good examples of best practices in the media section of corporate websites, or about different ways of handling the media via the corporate website. We’re mostly interested in the major listed companies (FTSE100, FTSE250, S&P500, Eurotop300 etc) but if a smaller company is doing something interesting in their Media section, we’d like you to write about it.

We’ll be looking for 2-3 posts per week, each of 500-800 words, and plan to pay US$20/£10 per post, monthly by PayPal. We’ll also post a mini-bio with a link to your own site if appropriate (we need to be sure our links out are work-appropriate because of our audience).

Each post should fall into one of the following categories:

discussion of tools or techniques used by companies,
comparison of how different companies handle media relations on the internet
discussion of the issues faced by companies with respect to media relations on their sites.

If you have ideas for other material, we’d be pleased to hear them.

Each post should contain a link to the site under discussion, and at least one image, ideally a screenshot of a relevant page on that corporate site. We like to use Snag-It for this, but this would be up to you. In case it matters to you: we use WordPress.

Tech Solution needs an experienced blogger to take over 2 or 3 posts a week on their corporate site. The material should be related to search engine marketing or search engine optimization relevant to small businesses and startups.

The material doesn’t need to be ‘how to’ in nature, but relevant to Internet marketing.

Ideagrids.com is a bit sparse in terms of content. I originally aquired the domain in hopes of writing about business ideas and ventures, but soon found out that I don’t have any extra time to devote to it! So I need a blogger (or two) to pick up where I left off.

Preferably, they should write well in English. Pay will be discussed on a per article, weekly, or monthly scale. And I would like to see example of previous work. Get a hold of me if you interested!
